The starting point

Aesthetic Health is one of the UK’s most respected aesthetic clinics, known for their premium treatments and loyal patient base. Despite their strong reputation and dedicated community, their email marketing wasn’t living up to its potential. Newsletters were sent sporadically, mostly as announcements, with no consistent strategy. While open rates remained high thanks to the trust patients had in the brand, engagement beyond that was minimal. Click-through rates were often at, or worryingly close to 0%.

What were their challenges?

Between March and August 2023, Aesthetic Health ran several in-house email campaigns. Patients opened them, but very few clicked further. Why? Emails lacked a clear design hierarchy and conversion-driven messaging, leaving patients unsure of what to do next.


The clinic approached LTF Digital to turn this around. The challenge was simple but crucial: how do we transform loyal readers into active clickers and converters?
