Operations

Led by Rick as Managing Director, Nick as Operations Director, and Hannah overseeing Finance, this team forms the cogs, wheels, and brains behind the agency’s overall success. Client Services
The Client Services team at LTF plays a vital role in the smooth and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with both clinics and clients on a daily basis, the team manages everything from regular meetings and reporting to overseeing the full scope of each client’s marketing activity. Acting as the central point of coordination within LTF, they ensure that every campaign runs efficiently and in alignment with client goals. Known for their professionalism, organisation, and infectious energy, the team combines strategic thinking with a genuine passion for results, making them not just effective collaborators, but also a pleasure to work with.

Project Management
Project management at LTF is the glue that holds every campaign and initiative together, ensuring that each project, whether a full website build, a targeted digital marketing campaign, or anything in between, is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. The project management team works closely with clinics from the outset to create strategic, well-structured plans tailored to their specific goals. Rick O’Neill, Founder of LTF Digital, is a digital consultant to the medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and pharma sectors. With more than 20 years’ experience in digital marketing. He is also a founding partner of The Aesthetic Entrepreneurs, investor and advisor to several other digital businesses and is currently digital consultant UK and Europe to Merz Aesthetics.
