Enhance Clinispa had recently invested in two powerful devices: a CO2 laser and the brand-new ONDA Plus system. They wanted to create a buzz around their new technologies but needed a structured approach to make their investment work harder.
What were their challenges?
In order to deliver a solution catered to their problem, we dissected their issue and realised that they needed to generate interest, educate patients about the device’s benefits, and build momentum that translated into enquiries and bookings.

The treatment plan
We designed a campaign that combined education with excitement. The focus was on showing what the devices could do in simple, relatable terms, while also creating intrigue and buzz.
Quick wins
In order to secure an almost immediate response, we developed a few actions:
- Rolled out teaser campaigns and countdowns to build anticipation before launch
- Produced before-and-after style content and treatment explainers to highlight benefits
- Used Instagram Reels, carousels, and stories to target both existing followers and new local audiences
Securing the long-term plan
We built a content pipeline that positioned Enhance Clinispa as an authority in energy-based devices. This included:
- Educational posts explaining conditions treatable with the CO2 laser (scarring, wrinkles, texture, pigmentation)
- Spotlight campaigns for the ONDA Plus device, emphasising its innovation and “first of its kind” status locally
- Paid ads targeted to high-intent audiences in Greater Manchester to capture new patients
In order to achieve this, we delivered a rollout approach that allowed us to achieve maximum impact with the time and resources given. This includes:
- Teasers and launch content to generate hype
- Educational carousels, videos, and live Q&A sessions to address patient concerns and FAQs
- Patient journey content to highlight real results and build social proof
- Clear calls-to-action to enquire, DM, or call the clinic


Delivering success
- 6 bookings of the ONDA device since launch
- 12 CO2 laser treatments booked and paid for in the last 3 months
- A notable rise in social media engagement, with patients actively commenting and enquiring through DMs
- Increased website traffic from social media content, driving more patient awareness
- Patients arriving already informed about the devices, making consultations smoother and more efficient
- Dozens of new patient enquiries, directly linked to social campaigns, with a steady flow of bookings into the diary
Building Momentum
Enhance Clinispa were thrilled with the early results of the campaign. Beyond generating bookings, it positioned them as leaders in advanced device-led treatments in their region.
