The starting point

MERZ Aesthetics is one of the leading names in the world of medical aesthetics. They approached us with a clear objective: to significantly grow their consumer email marketing list for Ultherapy PRIME.

Ultherapy is an advanced, non-invasive ultrasound treatment trusted by clinics across the globe. It helps to lift and sculpt areas such as the face, neck and décolletage by stimulating natural collagen production.

As a flagship product within the MERZ portfolio, Ultherapy PRIME required not just visibility but a direct way to build a stronger connection with consumers who were actively interested in finding out more.

What were their challenges?

MERZ knew that their consumer email list was an essential tool for educating patients, building trust and driving future demand. The challenge was simple but important: they needed a strategy that would grow this list quickly, consistently and in a way that would attract genuinely engaged people rather than casual sign-ups.

The treatment plan

Our approach focused on three key areas: simple newsletter sign-up, a compelling lead magnet promoted through a Meta campaign, and a website pop-up to capture visitors at the right moment.

The first step was to refine the newsletter sign-up process on the Ultherapy PRIME website. We reviewed the existing forms and redesigned them to be clean, user-friendly and directly integrated with their HubSpot CRM. This meant every new subscriber was captured accurately, ensuring seamless data flow and easy follow-up.

Next, we created a premium lead magnet, the Ultimate Guide to Ultherapy PRIME. This high-quality, 23-page PDF was designed to answer every possible consumer question, from when to start treatment and who delivers it, through to how long a session takes, what it feels like and how soon results can be seen. Positioned as the go-to guide for potential patients, it provided real value while showcasing Ultherapy PRIME as a trusted, science-led treatment.

We promoted the guide in two ways. A form-based pop-up was added to the website, capturing visitors while they were actively exploring treatment information. Alongside this, we ran Meta lead form campaigns where users could submit their details in-platform. Once submitted, they instantly received a link to download the guide, followed by an automated HubSpot email workflow designed to nurture interest, educate, and ultimately encourage bookings with Ultherapy clinics.
