The starting point

Crown came to us wanted to increase their lead volume for the sales team and reach a new wider audience.

What were their challenges?

Crown Aesthetics, the global aesthetics brand behind SkinPen®, approached LTF Digital with a clear objective: they wanted to significantly increase the volume of high-quality leads for their sales team and reach a wider audience of qualified professionals.

Their goals:

  • Increase lead quality
  • Deliver a sound campaign despite limitations on advertising and it’s compliancy around selling medical products

Risks without support:

  • Lack of awareness among patients about what the CO2 laser and ONDA Plus device could treat
  • Needing to position the clinic as the go-to place for advanced device-led treatments in their area
  • A goal to not just “post” but to strategically use social media content to trigger real-world actions: patient enquiries and confirmed bookings

The treatment plan

To deliver on Crown’s goals, LTF Digital deployed Meta PPC as the primary channel.

  • Launched a broad awareness campaign to capture attention and reach new audiences
  • Run a laser-focused retargeting campaign to re-engage those who had shown interest but not yet enquired
  • Continuously test new audiences and calls to action to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Quick wins

We quickly implemented a strong retargeting campaign to capture lost clicks from Google search and interactions across Crown’s website and social media. This ensured no potential lead was left behind.

Delivering success

  • Secured 198 additional leads per month on average
  • Keeping cost per lead down to £10
  • Crown had to expand their sales team by hiring a new member to handle the volume of leads

Building Momentum

The success of this project led Crown Aesthetics to expand their relationship with LTF Digital. We’ve since partnered with them on larger brand awareness campaigns for new products and business launches.

Next steps include:

  • Improve both the quality and quantity of leads whilst at the same time maintaining its stability and steadiness given the demand.
