Look Touch & Feel has won an award for the 'Best Use of SEO' at the 3rd UK Digital Experience Awards 2016, held on Friday 2nd December at Park Plaza Riverbank in London.
Created to recognise and celebrate the delivery of exceptional digital customer experiences, the awards event is a vehicle for sharing best practice, and promoting continuous improvement, learning and personal development. The awards are proud to have Customer Experience Magazine as media partner.
Look Touch & Feel, a digital marketing agency based in Towcester, was recognised for its work with Woolley & Co. Solicitors. The objective was to find new traffic online, and grow their monthly enquiry numbers by taking market share from an increasing number of competitors.
Through detailed use of Analytics, a complete re-think of the design and SEO strategy of the website, and an advanced program of ongoing optimisation and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) work, they are now enjoying an additional 10,000 unique visitors per month and have more than doubled their monthly enquiries, leading to 6 record revenue months in a row, and the need to hire 5 new lawyers to handle the workload.
The winners of the awards were selected by a panel of independent judges made up of customer and financial professionals. The finalists made their presentations to the judges in the morning, and the winners were announced over a celebratory lunch in the afternoon.
