Proximity Recruitment did not exist, or even have a name when we met their Founder, Will. With a very well proven background in Digital Marketing Recruitment, Will had decided to go out on his own and create his own business. Will was very serious about the importance and value of high quality brand and digital presence – particularly as all of his clients and candidates live and breathe digital!
In a highly competitive market such as Digital Recruitment, the desire and need to create something truly special was clear. Will was also going to need a highly functional website integrated with his Chosen CRM, BullHorn.
We took Will through our robust process for the creation of a strong visual identity, then quickly worked on developing that across marketing collateral, image style, article style, business stationery and a custom-designed website that integrated seamlessly with the BullHorn CRM system. Will manages all of his jobs through his CRM, and these automatically appear on the website. Applications are then automatically synchronised back to the CRM system to make everything as slick and easy as possible for both Will, and his candidates and clients.
3 months into his new venture, and WIll is already achieving great things. Applications are being made through the high-end website that we developed for him, which we seamlessly integrated with his chosen CRM system. Traffic to the website is already very healthy, and from the intelligent tracking we provide, we are also able to see that Proximity is getting attention from some very important potential clients too!
