Retained marketing: An Out-Of-The-Box Aesthetics Marketing Solution

Client Story

Cosmetic Perfection is a boutique skin and anti-ageing specialist based in Brimstage on the Wirral. The team of skilled practitioners is led by Dr Emma McKay, a highly experienced dental surgeon and aesthetics specialist. The practice is based on the principle of collagen preservation – giving customers a lifelong beauty defence journey which includes nutritional and beauty advice as well as a range of injectable and non-injectable treatments.

When Cosmetic Perfection first came to us, their website was fairly basic and underperforming against the industry as a whole. An aesthetics business needs to reflect its brand throughout the customer lifecycle to attract, retain and convert clients. That was our challenge…

As a retained client for LTF, Cosmetic Perfection gets the very best we can offer from design through traffic optimisation and analytics. We overhauled their website to enhance the user journey. They benefit from our ongoing support, which provides monthly analytics to maximise traffic and conversion, and constant tracking of keywords to improve SEO ranking. We also manage blog content, regular email campaigns and maintain an app alongside the website.

LTF is unique in the aesthetics sector, we think, in seeking to provide a holistic approach to marketing over and above Facebook; including key search services such as Google Local. We also create content such as blog posts following a data-led strategy designed to answer the very questions that people are searching for. Using these techniques, we have ensured that Cosmetic Perfection is now top-ranked in their region for a number of prime search terms, such as ‘facial aesthetics’.

Our blended content and platform approach has resulted in an 86% rise in traffic coming through to the client’s website. The LTF retained marketing service is designed to be a plug-and-play solution, right out of the box, so that aesthetics professionals can get on with providing their service, rather than having to become marketers, too!
